Hospital Radio Burnley

I joined HRB in 1995 after being in a mixture of bands, groups, trios and duos for 27 years. I decided to 'hang up my drum sticks' and the natural progression was radio broadcasting. I have two children??? (31 and 30)..Wendy and Dean and two grandchildren...Konnor (10) and Blake who was born on on the 9th of June 2009. Konnor is a much sought after jingle maker for the station....that's him on the intro page.

I became the treasurer in 1999 and progressed to studio manager. Sorting out the rabble at the studios and keeping the website looking prim and proper...(I haven't a clue what I'm doing...so please keep your comments to yourself)

I Broadcast a couple of programmes each week:

Friday: 'Your music' ~ 6.00pm - 7.00pm.
'Rocky Shorr's Wall 2 wall 60's' ~ 7.00pm - 9.00pm.

Saturday: As anchorman on the sports programme 2.00pm - 6.00pm.

Sunday: With long suffering friend, Jim Askew, We do a prog called "J A B S" (Jim and Bryan Show) from 11am till 1.00 pm. We like think we inject a little fun into Sundays.
