HRB | Hospital Radio Burnley

I first ventured into the HRB studios in January 2009 while home from university for Christmas. My first show with the guys at HRB involved singing Fairytale of New York live on radio (cringe), yet this is one of my claims to fame as I sang with none other than Sally Jaxx (former member of Bucks Fizz!)

After completing my journalism degree at the University of Lincoln, I returned to Burnley General to officially become adopted into the HRB family! I broadcast twice a week and since October 2009, have been the secretary at HRB, supposedly because of my shorthand skills even though I can probably write quicker in longhand!
